NWIR uses Shopify software in our website’s shop, providing our secure payment gateway and stock control system. If you have visited or made a purchase from our website, Shopify will collect and use information about you on our behalf.
The secure payment gateway for our shop is powered by Shopify; we do not see, and cannot access, the credit card information provided to it. Shopify uses service providers to provide services to NWIR. Outside of these service providers, Shopify will only share your information if they are legally required to do so (e.g., a legally binding court order or subpoena), or where NWIR instructs Shopify to share information on our behalf.
Our merchandise manufacturer, warehouse and distributor is Imprint Merch, which receives your name, address and other contact details to ensure delivery of your order to you.
Our website designer Cyberdog Design may also be copied into enquiry information to monitor the functionality of our contact form. Cyberdog Design does not retain any of these emails or information therein.
When you visit or make a purchase from NWIR’s Shopify-powered store, NWIR legally controls your information, and the length of time it is held by Shopify. We will willingly act on any direct instruction from you about your information held by Shopify on our behalf.
Shopify does not and will not “sell” your customers’ information, in accordance with the usage of that term in the law of California, USA. See shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers
If you have purchased anything from this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
