Returns and Refunds

Nat’s What I Reckon (NWIR) has partnered with Imprint Merch, also called Make Merchandise, to make and distribute branded clothing and other items for sale on this site. As such we operate under their returns and refund policy below.

Eligibility for return or refund

  • All refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order fulfilment date.
  • NWIR may from time to time commission “Print On Demand” items from Imprint Merch. These are printed to order and are only able to be returned or exchanged in cases where the item is defective or was different to what was ordered, not in cases of change of mind or incorrect of size ordered.
  • For non-Print On Demand items, which make up the bulk of NWIRs products, Imprint Merch accepts returns or exchange in cases of defective products or change of mind. In cases of Change Of Mind, the customer will be liable for all additional shipping costs incurred to exchange or return the items.
  • Items that have been washed or worn will not be eligible for a return or exchange unless they become defective in a way that is outside of our control within the first 30 days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed onto the original form of payment (credit card/PayPal) once the item has been returned to Imprint Merch. When the refund has been processed, it can take 5–10 business days for it to show up in your account.
  • Exchanges for NWIR merchandise on Imprint Merch can only be conducted for items from NWIR’s online store.

Returns & exchanges shipping address

  • Once a return or exchange has been approved by Imprint Merch, please pack items safely and address to:

  • Please include your name, order number and item details when sending an item back.

Unclaimed items & returned items

  • NWIR and Imprint Merch will not be liable for reshipping orders that have been returned to us based upon an unclaimed package or an incorrect address being provided.
  • To schedule a new shipment, please contact Imprint Merch with updated delivery address/details. Reshipping will be charged to your preferred mode of payment.

Dispatch and shipping times

  • Online orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am–3pm. Orders received on a public holiday will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods, fulfilment can take between 8–10 business days from when the order is placed regardless of shipping method chosen.
  • “Print On Demand” products can take extra time to ship depending on the availability of the item from the garment stockist. If any “Print On Demand” items are expected to take longer to ship due to unavailability of stock, Imprint Merch will contact you about how you would like to proceed with your order.

Domestic shipping times

  • 1–5+ business days from dispatch – Australia Post (With tracking).

International shipping times

  • 10+ business days from dispatch – Standard Mail (with tracking). Each country has its own importing rules. Each country’s Customs office MAY apply import duties and taxes by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver before goods will be released.

Shipping responsibility

  • Imprint Merch is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit with a third-party shipping company. Imprint Merch will provide assistance by lodging claims on your behalf, however a replacement or refund on damaged or missing items is not guaranteed by Imprint Merch due to each shipping company’s different terms and conditions.

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders hosted on NWIR’s website will be shipped within a week of the pre-order ending. Pre-order stock arrivals from external parties, or supply chain issues, can be delayed which may result in delays in shipping from Imprint Merch. Imprint Merch will contact all customers in the case of extended delays in receiving pre-order items.
